Small packages are sent by registered post. Parcels are sent by normal parcelpost service. Delivery charges depend on the destination.

All catalogue prices include vat. Goods are only available on-line. The catalogue is visible on our web site. To purchase on-line it is necessary to register with us. Once registered, it is also necessary to log in before purchasing. Registration is easy and immediate. (Please note that retailers will have to wait for us to gain confirmation of their business registration, in order to be given access to the reserved price list.) To complete an order it is necessary to choose a method of payment. In the case of non-immediate payments (Bankers Draft or postepay) payment must be made within 72 hours, and the receipt of payment sent to us by fax at +39 030 7450799. If proof of payment is not received within the 72 hours period, the order will automatically become void. Due to administrative costs there is a minimum order of € 50,00for retailers. In accordance with Italian law, goods may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be previously arranged with us by e-mail giving full details of the order number. Information on how to make the return will then be provided in an e-mail.
Returns that have not been authorised will not be accepted.

All personal details are treated with the maximum respect and confidentiality, and in full accordance with Italian law (D.Lgs.30.06.2003 n.196 art 13).
